Who is Shelbykate?
Hi! I’m Katie Parnell, a creative, artist, and content creator based in Knoxville, TN. I launched my personal brand, Shelbykate, in high school to share my passions and creations. This year, I expanded it with Shelbykate Content Creations to pursue my love for storytelling, social media, and content creation.
